It is not considered that the colour distinction between 4 storeys and 5+ storeys is sufficiently clear and this should be reviewed in the next iteration of the document.
Figure 15 also makes reference to a proposed amendment to the Opportunity Area Boundary. This is also referenced within other Figures within the SPD but the comment is not duplicated for each.
The SPD is not an appropriate mechanism to update the Opportunity Area Boundary which is defined within the proposals map submitted alongside the emerging Local Plan. The SPD should be ancillary and in support of the Local Plan and does not have powers to adapt the Opportunity Area Boundary being established within the Local Plan, unless subject to an accepted modification prior to the Local Plan's adoption. It is suggested that the amendment to the Opportunity Area Boundary is removed.
