It is important that we retain the current area of Waterbeach parish for our neighbourhood plan. Waterbeach parish has been the subject of intense activity by developers looking to cash in on the lack of a local plan and we have to protect ourselves from this unprecedented activity. Around 300 additional houses proposed in the Bannold area. Failing this we at least need to maximise the financial contribution of these developers towards local amenities.
