Whilst the majority of the residents of the Parish of Waterbeach live in the village there are a number of other properties scattered throughout most of the area outlined on the application map,including the sizeable settlement at Chittering and a small cluster of properties near Denny Abbey. There are also a number of isolated properties. The residents of these properties are in the care of Waterbeach PC and need a voice when plans which affect the parish are being considered.
