Representation Summary:
I support the Waterbeach Parish Council's application to develop a Neighbourhood Plan on the basis of the area of Waterbeach Parish.
I believe this area would be the best basis for a Neighbourhood Plan because;
1) It is large enough to include all the elements needed to make an effective neighbourhood plan
2) It is small enough to make the fullest genuine local involvement and participation.
3) It is used to working as a cohesive unit and does so effectively.
