Waterbeach - Designation of Neighbourhood Area - June 2015

I fully support the proposed Neighbourhood Plan that Waterbeach Parish Council and residents have put significant time and effort into bringing foward.
The Neighbourhood Plan's are an excellent example of Localism and giving a community some control and influence over shaping the best interests of their community.
Already we have seen many speculative developments passed. Anything that provides a greater say for the community is crucial.
I would very much implore that the Barracks are included in the area of the Neighbourhood Plan as this land is within the Parish.
