It makes sense for the village community of Waterbeach to support a whole parish boundary. The current housing on the old barracks site is an integral part of the community and village. Too much new development is having an impact on local infrastructure, which is already pushed to its limit and localised flooding and sewage problems.
I believe the villagers should be involved in overall planning regarding development and infrastructure.
