Connections to Highfields Caldecote: Include access to Highfields Road at the top of West Drive. There is no possibility of access to Furlong Way (it would have to cross the village sports field and that is impossible). So this leave access only to Grafton Drive through the proposed 58-dwelling development granted planning at appeal for Welbeck Strategic Lands.
Recommendation
Please add: Cycling and walking access provision to the existing employment site including DB Group and Diageo site.
