Yes, I agree with these objectives. The need for integration with the local community and an emphasis on shared benefits and, secondly, the imperative to be a major contributor to the transition to a zero carbon Cambridge are the two issues of most importance to me. I also believe the design needs to be of the highest-quality in every regard, bringing benefits of happiness and wellbeing as well as making it easy to reach low-carbon and low-car-use targets.
