Representation Summary:
What type of employment uses are proposed and how much? Where are the diverse range of quality jobs coming from, in particular to match up with the residents? It seems a stretch to think that building houses and facilities can be constructed to fit together. The right residents to match the jobs, whatever they may be. I don't see how this fit can be engineered by the developers.
