Respondent: Mrs Catherine Martin

Representation Summary:

The CWWTPR project will put local people at risk from pollution, noise, vibration, dust and light pollution. The site is totally unsuitable for this industrial scale development. During construction there will be 200-300 HGVs a day on Horningsea Road, which is a cycling route to Fen Ditton Primary School. The road is only a B road at the A14 bridge and is classed as a C road with a weight restriction and unsuitable for HGVs. Air quality will be severely impacted by odour and blight the business of the pubs and garden centre. There are concerns about coliform bacteria aerosol.
