The balance of the plan seems weighted too far towards protecting other parties from aviation. I would support safeguarding the established aerodromes and smaller airfields in the district from the continual risk of being sold off for development or house building. The general aviation infrastructure in the UK should be protected and supported otherwise it risks being under threat and disappearing entirely.
