Policy J/AL is supported in principle noting that the emerging Local Plan contains no reference to the dependency of policy S/NEC North East Cambridge on agricultural land use as required by policy NH/3 of the South Cambridgeshire Adopted Local Plan 2018. This GCLP First Proposals Plan is clear that relocation of the Waste Water Treatment Works is being managed under a different process and that the Plan may wait for the outcome. However, all dependencies of Policy S/NEC should be clear to ensure objective responses on land use.
