Greater Cambridge Local Plan Preferred Options

Representation ID: 58233

Received: 13/12/2021

Respondent: Mr John Meed

Representation Summary:

The statement that Farmland is also an important biodiversity asset for Greater Cambridge is contradicted by Policy S/CBC which proposes development on an area of farmland with important biodiversity. If S/CBC goes ahead in its current form it will lead to species and biodiversity loss, and I question whether the two policies could then sit together comfortably in the local plan. See my separate submission on S/CBC for more detail.
