Land North of Cherry Hinton SPD

Dear Sir/Madam,

I own the convenience store at 1 Capuchin Court, Cherry Hinton, Cambridge, CB1 9GP. Having viewed the plans, i am concerned about the proposed new stores indicated on the plans. Competition is already high with Tesco Superstore, Tesco Express, M&S, and a new foodstore at Marshalls. Anymore competition will kill the business for independents like me.

I propose restrictions on the use of the proposed units and/or ability to keep it in the hands of local independant business person. I would like to keep updated on all developments, please can you add me to the mailing list.

I would also like to talk to the developer about purchasing the units to safeguard my existing business, please inform me who that will be when the time comes.
