Keeping the outlying communities separate to the main part of the village. It is important to maintain the character of the village. These include The Cinques, Little Heath and Dennis Green.
Brownfield development should always be welcomed
Large developers tend to build small quantities of small affordable housing (2/3 beds) and this prices the younger community out of the market.
