The guidance on design characteristics for future development has been identified following detailed consideration of the architecture and layout of the village. It should be adopted for all future developments. I particularly support the proposals regarding the landscape setting on the village edge.

As a Parish Councillor I have found the development of the VDG an invaluable exercise for identifying our unique village characteristics, and this will give us a tremendous basis for carrying forward the Neighbourhood Plan.
