Representation Summary:
The best practice design for cycling in new developments is fully outlined in Making Space for Cycling, a national guide which the Campaign was commissioned to write and which is backed by every national cycling advocacy organisation (see http://www.makingspaceforcycling.org/ ). The Campaign hopes that the design principles outlined in this document can be incorporated into the planning process for the Northern Fringe East Area Action Plan.
