No, we already know the pros and cons of various types of 'high-volume' cycle parking. Most high-volume cycle parking solutions are not suitable for many uses, such as residential, because they discriminate against people who are unable to lift their bike or who use a larger cycle of some sort, such as a tricycle.
The development should adopt the Cycle Parking Guide SPD from Cambridge city council or any successor document.
