Hertfordshire is adjacent to South Cambridgeshire and there may be instances where development is proposed on or near to the boundary between the two Authorities and may look to towns such as Royston for services (e.g. Education), as such, improvements to Hertfordshire infrastructure may be required to mitigate growth impacts on the services. Where there are opportunities to review any cross-boundary site allocations, Hertfordshire County Council should be invited to engage and contribute on matters relating to service provision across administrative areas to ensure there are comprehensive mitigation strategies in place.
